| Details: Our client, a successful medical device/pharmaceutical industry supplier has a new opening for Plant Lean Leader. The Lean Leader will develop, coordinate and execute continuous improvement activities at all levels and functions of the organization using Lean and process improvement principles and techniques. Lead the manufacturing plant to focus on reducing waste to yield savings, improve efficiencies, improve quality, meet Customer’s needs and achieve Plant and Corporate goals.  Daily Duties will include:  1.  Provide leadership and training on Lean philosophies and tools to the plant . 2.  Lead and Facilitate continuous improvement activities such as Rapid Improvement Events, Kaizen (s), continuous flow or one-piece flow and creation of cellular manufacturing or production cells.  3.  Assure that Lean Daily Management System® is engaged and working as intended.  4.  Assure follow up actions are visual to stakeholders and are driven to closure.  5.  Monitor and report on all savings and Lean activities on a monthly basis using the standard reporting template.  6.  Facilitate the development, follow through and adjustment of a Strategy plan for the site.  7.  Assess and report on Plant progress to keep implementation on track.  8.  Assist Plant Manager in facilitating Steering Committee meetings.  9.  Identify and remove barriers to success.  10.
